On-Going Service Learning Projects include: 

Pre-School	Toys to the World
Kindergarten	Valentines for patients  in convalescent hospitals  "What we Learned in Kindergarten" books made by outgoing class to incoming class.
First Grade	Heifer Project, providing resources to third world countries
Second Grade	Support for Mustard Seed School which helps to educate lunch for the homeless children three times a year
Third / Fourth	Coordinate a school-wide recycling program
Fifth/Sixth	Prepare and serve dinner once a month for St. John's Shelter for women and children
Seventh	Maintain and assess the condition of the St. Michael's Mile (Mile 11) on the American River Trail five times a year
Eighth	Assist River City Community Services, Sacramento's oldest Food Closet, with food needs, volunteer support, special needs donations
